Jacob Tober, a strength and conditioning coach and sport scientist was gracious enough to come on the DeakHeads podcast to talk all things Velocity based training (VBT).

Jacob is the head of research and education at Metric, a revolutionary velocity based training app. Metric enables lifters and coaches to accurately track velocity, range of motion and power using just their smartphone camera.Jacob has also worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Core Advantage Athletic Development since 2013.
