Level up your workouts with velocity based training
What is velocity based training?
At it's core, velocity based training (VBT) - also called velocity tracking, or bar speed tracking - is a scientifically proven and simple method to accelerate progress in your training and minimise the accumulation of fatigue. Precisely track your lifting and make the velocity numbers go up.
Lift heavier, lift faster, generate more watts, longer the tempo, increase the range of motion. These are all ways you can use velocity tracking technology and apply progressive overload to your training, force your body to adapt and make greater gains in your lifting.
There is no single best approach to using velocity in your training, instead approach velocity tracking as a range of tools that you can pick and choose to help make training better.
